1. Acceptance of Terms

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated timeframe will result in the bonus and any derived winnings being forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors or loopholes in bonus mechanics, and coordinated play between linked accounts to fulfil wagering requirements artificially. Any player found engaging in such conduct will have their account permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the sinicuci Platform — whether on the Malaysia Super League, EPL fixtures, UFC bouts, live casino tables, slots, or crash games — are governed by the specific product rules applicable to that service. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the Platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

sinicuci reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are only confirmed once you receive a valid bet ID or confirmation notification from the Platform.

6.2 Errors & Obvious Mistakes

In the event of a manifest error in odds, payouts, or game results caused by a technical fault or human error, sinicuci reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings derived from obvious errors will not be honoured.

6.3 Result Disputes

All sporting event results are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the case of live casino games, the result of the RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer outcome is final. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of settlement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sinicuci Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

8. Responsible Gaming

All content available on the sinicuci Platform — including but not limited to the sinicuci brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and multimedia elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of sinicuci or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from sinicuci is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sinicuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of funds resulting from account misuse, technical outages, or third-party payment failures.

sinicuci's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your sinicuci account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any genuine, verifiable balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC compliance.

12.2 Termination by sinicuci

sinicuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

In the event of termination for cause, sinicuci may withhold any balance pending an investigation. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be released within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Amendments to These Terms

sinicuci reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the sinicuci Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any revision, your only recourse is to cease using the Platform and close your account.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which sinicuci holds its international gaming licence.
